We are a full-service media machine incorporating video production,
web, graphics, grass-root street promotions, event marketing and
the latest technology in social media marketing. This allows us to offer our
clients traditional as well as non-traditional options of getting their
message across to local and worldwide audiences. Aside from our well-
produced audio and visual production, web design, graphics and
business marketing solutions we also offer event planning, marketing
campaigns and coordination of almost any type of function.

Derrick "Spaz" Bulatao

PRESIDENT & CEO

PRESIDENT & CEO KUTMASTER SPAZ

Spaz is a recipient of the Governor’s Kilohana award, the Honolulu Magazine Ola Pono award, the Mayor’s Recognition Award, and a three-time recipient of the Honolulu Jaycees Outstanding Young Persons Award for his positive work in the community.

Spaz has been a DJ/Mixer for the past 30 years and uses his notoriety to bring recognition to many community concerns. Kutmaster Spaz has made the transition from being "just a DJ" to now being a multimedia producer, production manager, promotions director, voice talent, on-screen actor, and CEO. Spaz is known for his trustworthiness, loyalty, relationship building, and support of the community.

Kelly Marrotte

VICE PRESIDENT / MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Kelly has a vast business background having owned local businesses including a Japanese Tour Company and a Local Style Restaurant on the Island of Hawai'i as well as working with other successful local companies. She learned by working her way from the ground up and understands what it takes to run a successful business and get the best results for your advertising dollar.

Kelly is the "go-to girl" when it comes to planning, promoting, and marketing your services and products. Kelly is an active listener, focused communicator, and proven market awareness.

Mitchell Iwata

SENIOR EDITOR AND FIRST CAMERA MAN

PRESIDENT & CEO KUTMASTER SPAZ

Mitchell has been doing video production for over 10 years. While attending film production classes at Leeward

Community College, Mitchell was able to secure an internship with DIS-N-DAT Media providing experience in the field he was studying. After graduating, Mitchell went on to earn himself a permanent spot as the Senior Editor and First Camera Man for the DIS-N-DAT Media Group production department. Mitchell has a keen eye for details and a critical mind.

Malia Shaffer

FILM PRODUCTION AND EDITOR

Malia has an extensive background in audio and visual production. Malia came to DIS-N-DAT Media after graduating from the renowned Mele (audio/visual) program at Hawaii Community College.

She has since produced numerous music videos for local and international artists and continues to excel in her field of video production. Aside from video production, Malia is also a master at live sound mixing for bands and multi-artist concerts. Her skill in creating a good sound mix has led her to travel with bands touring across the US as a personal sound tech. Malia is creative, talented, and extremely reliable.
